This isn’t just about polishing your application. It’s about equipping you with the skills to write stronger pitches, statements, and responses in the future. We’ll pinpoint areas for improvement and guide you on how to present your experience more effectively so you’re better prepared for this application and the next.
The Pitch Review Service is a fixed rate of $88. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable as each review typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
📌 Note: For the review service, we don’t write or rewrite applications. We review what you’ve drafted and provide expert feedback. Who is this service for?
This service is ideal if you:

Who is this service NOT for?
This service won’t be the right fit if you:
❌ Need someone to write your application from scratch (we offer a separate service for that here).
❌ Have written a generic application without specific achievement examples (our writing service may be a better fit).
❌ Are submitting old statements from previous applications. We need a draft tailored to the new role you’re applying for, as each role has different requirements, including word or page limits.
How It Works & Turnaround Time
🔹 Step 1: Submit Your Documents
Email us your draft (pitch, statement, or response), along with your CV, the job ad, and any relevant documents (e.g., corporate goals, capability frameworks).
🔹 Step 2: Initial Assessment
Within 24 hours, we’ll review your submission to determine if a review is suitable or if a full rewrite is needed. You’ll receive an email advising you on the next steps.
🔹 Step 3: Payment & Review Begins
If your application qualifies for a review, we’ll send an invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll get to work.
🔹 Step 4: Receive Your Reviewed Document
Within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays), we’ll return your document with markups, comments, and suggestions to refine your application. In most cases, this feedback will be enough for you to finalise your application.
⚠️ If your application is significantly misaligned with the role or level of seniority, a major rewrite may be required.
Important Notes & Limitations
- You’ll need to implement the suggested edits yourself—we don’t make the changes for you.
- Word count limits are your responsibility—if our feedback increases your word count, you’ll need to adjust accordingly.
- This service includes one review only. Additional reviews after you’ve applied our feedback aren’t covered.
- There are no guarantees of shortlisting. While a strong application improves your chances, factors like the number of applicants and the selection panel’s decisions are beyond our control.
